Ingredients | Crafting recipe |

Corrodent Teeth + Dark Tatters + Stick |
Chest loot
Forlorn Huts occasionally generating within the Forlorn Hollows have loot chests with a 6.8% chance to contain Burrowing Arrows.
Picking up arrows
Similarly to regular arrows, players can pick up burrowing arrows that have been shot by dispensers, or other players in Survival or Adventure mode. Unlike regular arrows, burrowing arrows shot by an Infinity-enchanted bow can be picked up, as they are not affected by the enchantment.
Usage
Burrowing Arrows share many of the same characteristics as regular arrows. See mcw:Arrow#Common properties for information on common properties shared by all arrows.
Special properties
Burrowing
When a Burrowing Arrow lands on a solid breakable block, it will almost immediately begin mining through it with its large arrowhead "maw". These arrows will break blocks similarly to a player, with them taking time to fully destroy a block depending on its hardness value and visibly forming cracks around the targeted block. Blocks that require a matching tool to mine will be destroyed as if the correct tool was used on them when being broken by a Burrowing Arrow.
Once a Burrowing Arrow has successfully mined a block, it will attempt to straighten its positioning to the center of and move itself to the adjacent block in front of where it is facing - where it will begin mining once again. A Burrowing Arrow will attempt to do this and mine up to 5 blocks before landing nearby and starting a 1 minute countdown to despawn like a regular arrow.
If a Burrowing Arrow lands on either a barrier, bedrock, command block, jigsaw block, reinforced deepslate, structure block, or Volcanic Core, it will not begin to start mining. However, if these blocks are removed from the arrow's trajectory and it hasn't mined its maximum 5 blocks, it will begin to start mining again.
If a Burrowing Arrow cannot find its way to get close enough to a solid block's center (e.g. it hit a block at a weird angle), it will not be able mine it.
Damage
Burrowing arrows will also deal a minimum of 3.5 × 1.75 damage with a bow not enchanted with Power - with this damage being able to increase depending on how fast the arrow is travelling through the air. Burrowing Arrows will also be able to pierce through one entity, even if not being shot from a Piercing crossbow.
