Arrow of Haste
An Arrow of Haste is a variant of regular arrow that can apply the Haste effect to players and mobs.
Obtaining
Picking up arrows
Similarly to regular arrows, players can pick up arrows of haste that have been shot by dispensers, or other players in survival or adventure mode. Unlike regular arrows, arrows of haste shot by an Infinity-enchanted bow can be picked up, as they are not affected by the enchantment.
Crafting
Crafting Arrows of Haste with an extended lingering potion will cause the arrow to last 1:00 minute when hitting an entity. Meanwhile, crafting Arrows of Haste with a lingering potion of haste II will cause the arrow to inflict Haste II for only 0:11 seconds.

Usage
Arrows of Haste share many of the same characteristics as regular arrows as projectiles. See mcw:Arrow#Common properties for information on common properties shared by all arrows.
Special properties
Arrows of Haste imbue the Haste effect when hitting a mob or player. The duration of the effect is shown in the item's tooltip and is not affected by the power of the arrow. If a bow is enchanted with Infinity, the arrows are still consumed.
