Limestone Spear
A Limestone Spear is a stackable weapon used in both melee and ranged combat. It has no durability and instead must be replenished or retrieved when thrown.

Caveman Houses occasionally generating within the Primordial Caves have loot chests with a 10.9% chance to contain Limestone Spears.
Thrown limestone spears
Limestone Spears thrown onto the ground by a player can be picked up. Only the user of a Limestone Spear thrown in Creative mode can pick it up; other players in Creative and players in Survival mode including its own owner can't pick up the spear thrown in Creative.
Usage
Melee attack
Like all other melee weapons, pressing left-click while holding a Limestone Spear deals damage to both mobs and players. Limestone Spears deal 4
melee damage, and have an attack speed to 1 (equating to a cooldown of only 1 second per attack). Unlike most weapons, Limestone Spears do not have durability, and can be used for melee attacks indefinitely.
Ranged attack
Pressing and holding right-click charges up the spear. This charge will determine how far the spear will be thrown once the use button is let go. Limestone spears fly in a ballistic trajectory similar to that of an arrow, but only at 72% strength when fully charged. If a spear hits a block, it sticks to the block. If it hits an entity, it bounces off the entity and lands nearby. It is also blocked by all kinds of shields and can be retrieved once it lands on the ground. Thrown limestone spears can trigger wooden buttons, wooden pressure plates, and target blocks, however it cannot be used to destroy chorus flowers or pointed dripstone like regular arrows or tridents can. On the contrary, limestone spears can still be used to explode Tesla Bulbs.
Thrown Limestone Spears despawn after 60 seconds if they are not picked up.
Damage
Thrown Limestone Spears deal 4 damage just like it's melee attack. The amount of damage is not influenced by how fast the spear is traveling through the air.
