A Footprint Pottery Sherd is a pottery sherd that depicts a footprint of some sort of creature. Unlike most other pottery sherds, brushing suspicious sand or suspicious gravel is not necessary to find this sherd.

Breaking a decorated pot will drop all bricks and pottery sherds used to craft it, meaning it will drop a footprint pottery sherd if one was used to craft it.
Chest loot
Caveman Houses occasionally generating within the Primordial Caves have loot chests with a 1.8% chance to contain Footprint Pottery Sherds.
