Scarlet Neodymium Ingot

A Scarlet Neodymium Ingot is one of two types of Neodymium Ingot that is obtained from crafting three Iron Ingots and three Raw Scarlet Neodymium together, as well as loot from Magnetic Ruins loot chests.

Crafting

Scarlet Neodymium Ingots are crafted from 3 iron ingots and 3 raw scarlet neodymium. 9 scarlet neodymium ingots can be crafted from one scarlet neodymium block.

Chest loot

Magnetic Ruins occasionally generating within the Magnetic Caves have loot chests with a 2.9% chance to contain Scarlet Neodymium Ingots.

Breaking

Breaking either Azure or Scarlet Magnets that has been interacted with Scarlet Neodymium Ingots before will drop all the ingots that have previously been used on them - even with the incorrect tool.

Usage

Scarlet Neodymium Ingots are crafting materials used to make various decorational and utility blocks, weapons and items, much like its azure counterpart.

Magnets

Holding a Scarlet Neodymium Ingot in your hand will cause all nearby Azure and Scarlet Magnets to display a projection of their magnetic reach and the effect to their reach that will occur to them if the held ingot is to be used on them.

• If a Scarlet Neodymium Ingot is used on a Scarlet Magnet, it will extend its magnetic reach by one block forward if it hasn't met its maximum reach distance or maximum amount of ingots able to be used on it.
• If an Scarlet Neodymium Ingot is used on an Azure Magnet, it will shrink its magnetic reach by one block backward if it hasn't met its minimum reach distance or maximum amount of ingots able to be used on it.
