Bioluminesscence is an item known to be the source of a Gossamer Worm's distinct blue glow. It is used as a crafting and brewing ingredient.
Obtaining
Mob loot
Gossamer Worms are the only mob to drop Bioluminesscence, dropping 0-3 pieces upon death. Looting can increase the maximum amount by up to 2 per level, up to 9 pieces of Bioluminesscence with Looting III.
Usage
Crafting ingredient
Bioluminesscence is needed to make Bioluminescent Torches and Floaters.
