A Scarlet Magnet is a craftable magnetic block that can be powered by Redstone.

Scarlet Magnets occasionally generate in Magnetic Ruins.
Crafting
Scarlet Magnets can be crafted from Iron Ingots and Scarlet Neodymium Ingots.

Usage
When powered, a Scarlet Magnet attracts magnetic blocks and items in the direction it's facing. Any blocks attracted by the Magnet cannot be broken until the Magnet is switched off.
Holding a Scarlet or Azure Neodymium Ingot allows the player to see the Scarlet Magnet's attraction range. The Magnet starts with a range of 6 blocks (meaning it can attract items/blocks within 6 blocks), but using Scarlet Neodymium Ingots on the Magnet increases its range by 1 block per ingot (up to a maximum of 65 blocks), while using Azure Neodymium Ingots on the Magnet reduces its range (down to a minimum of 2 blocks). Breaking the Magnet drops the Magnet itself, as well as all of the ingots that were used to alter its range.
Unlike an Azure Magnet, which may fail to repulse magnetic blocks at the very end of its range, a Scarlet Magnet can attract blocks at any point within its range.
