Enigmatic Engine

The Enigmatic Engine is a rare block from the Abyssal Chasm used to create a Submarine.

Hullbreakers will always vomit out a singular Enigmatic Engine when defeated.

Usage

Constructing a Submarine

The Enigmatic Engine, along with 20 of any type of copper block (including cut copper) and 6 Depth Glass, allows a player to build their own Submarine. Once the player has all these materials, construction of a new Submarine can begin by surrounding the Enigmatic Engine with a 3x3x3 copper cube. Once this is done, a 3x2 hole should remain in the structure exposing the Enigmatic Engine - filling this gap with 6 Depth Glass blocks will mark the front of the Submarine and ultimately transform the structure into a brand new Submarine.

Conversion Crucible

The Enigmatic Engine is the designated "rare" item for the Abyssal Chasm biome when using a Conversion Crucible.

Trivia

• If the Submarine structure is constructed out of waxed copper blocks or any variant of oxidized copper, the resulting Submarine will not be waxed or oxidized.
