Acid

Acid is a fluid that naturally generates in the Toxic Caves. This bubbling green substance has the same fluidity as water, but can damage the player and destroy dropped items. Its unique feature is that it rapidly eats away that a player's armor durability, unless the player is wearing a Hazmat Suit.

Fluid Interactions

When Water and Acid mix, it produces Mud, regardless of which came first or if it is a source block.

When Lava meets a non-source block of Acid, the result is Cobblestone. When Lava touches an Acid source block, the Acid becomes Radrock.
