Abyssal Ruins

Abyssal Ruins are floating structures scattered across the floor of the abyssal chasm. They are the only source of the exclusive pottery sherds and the game controller.

Structure

There are currently 4 possible variants of the Abyssal Ruin, each with a distinct look. All Abyssal Ruins incorporate Cut Copper Blocks, Depth Glass, and Scrap Metal Plates. Abyssal Ruins are held up by metal scaffolding with copper valves being the only way in and out of the Ruins.

Loot

The barrels inside an Abyssal Ruin will contain a mixture of items such as marine snow, pearls, and copper ingots. However exclusively in Abyssal Ruins are the guardian and hero pottery sherds respectively or the rare game controller item. Despite not appearing as an item submarines can be found either broken down outside Abyssal ruins hidden in muck blocks or inside the seabase variant of the Abyssal Ruin.
