Bioluminescence

All around the Abyssal Chasm, strange lights can be found, whether from sea lanterns, activated Abyssmarine, or from creatures. Not all of the lights can be explained, but the creatures’ light can be.

Bioluminescence is an item that is dropped from Gossamer Worms. While you can only obtain it from them, the luminosity of many other flora and fauna down in the Chasm is probably because of it.

Bioluminescence can be crafted with Ping Pong Sponges to make a Floater.
