Whalefalls are whale skeletons found littered across the floor of the Abyssal Chasm.
Generation
Whalefalls are only found in the Abyssal Chasm. They spawn in open areas and only if the floor is covered in Muck.
Structure
There are technically 48 possible variants of whalefall, as the feature is split into three different templates: whalefall_skull_0-2, whalefall_body_0-3, and whalefall_tail_0-3. A whalefall is made up of a number of different bone blocks.

- The whalefall is the only source of Bone Worms, which generate on or near the bones.
- Whalefalls are a real-life event, caused by a whale corpse falling to the ocean floor.
