Why can't I edit the navbox? Shouldn't be able to add links to the names?

Navboxes are edited under Templates/Navboxes:(navbox name)

Curseforge page doesn't have comment section

I don't know if this is going to get taken down for being "unrelated", but it is the curseforge page of the mod, and I can't exactly comment there. I don't know if it doesn't even have a comment section or if I'm banned from commenting or something, but if somebody could tell me what's going on before this post gets taken down, that would be much better.
