Alex Meals can occasionally be found in Licowitch Tower chests.

Crafting

Alex Meals can be crafted using ingredients from the Overworld and the Candy Cavity. Note that an empty Glass Bottle is left in the crafting grid after crafting an Alex Meal.

Usage

Food

Alex Meals can be eaten, restoring 20 ( × 10) hunger points (i.e. the player's entire hunger bar). It also inflicts Nausea for 10 seconds and Bad Omen for 40 minutes.

Trivia

• The Alex Meal sports a custom tooltip that says, "You really live like this?". This tooltip is visible even with Advanced Tooltips disabled.
• The Alex Meal is one of the three secret items that do not appear in the Creative inventory, the others being the Game Controller and Stinky Fish.
